but you can still get a house for under $80k if you don't mind living in the worse area of the city, core area north end etc.
I know there are some little 2 br houses in transcona for around $65K
My old small house sold for $52K just last month, 4 yrs ago it sold for $26K
of course these are old houses not new ones
