Well, the cached copies are no help (apparently this happened before March 8th), and google shows zero backlinks, so that doesn't help either. There is potential for violation on things like "ads too closely match the site (color and font)" or "too many ad units per page" if he was trying to spike posts for redistribution.
Interestingly, according to Alexa, 100% of the traffic is from the US. That is (especially based on the amount of traffic reported) an almost impossible stat. There may be an issue where the traffic sources twigged off google's tracking system.
