Then they will think its just some charge.. etc.. billing companies will recommend you do this too It really helps.

yes it is smart to charge an off number like 37.48 because $39.99 is rare since there is always tax and its a good idea to keep it under $40

or another good one is $40 even so it looks like fast cash etc.
