My wife and I both play Dean Customs (mine's black and hers is purple), but they look somewhat like Teles. I can't stand the split headstock style, I gotta have all the tuning pegs on one side. However, you could tell her to her face that she's a "fag" or "gay" or "homosexual" and she wouldn't give a shit because she's bisexual, but telling me to my face that I'm a fag will get you a broken nose as best case scenario.
