i mean i saw someone say that their experience is that the sales just shut off for a few days occasionally and they have no idea why.
they also said their sales with other systems continue through that same time period..pointing at ccbill.
then when your sales slow way down...a lot of people start saying it is spring break or just that time of the year..when most people who say sales have stopped for the last couple of days...they watch daily data and the drop is unexpected and unexplained..so they sort of know what they are talking about..knowing their site better than others do.
brroke35, ccbill sales do not just shut off. My suggestion has always been that if you think something strange is going on, test it with your own card to see if it works. i have done many tests myself and the transaction has always showed up. Now if you notice a problem, let us know right away.

Outside influences do affect sales and always have. If something controllable is decreasing sales, we certainly want to know about it

Illtestyourgirls, make sure that client support knows about this, I would call them right away. Not sure what the issue is there, but they will jump on it right away
