[QUOTE=iwantchixx;12043323]panic attacks are not genetic. They're habit formed. I've suffered with them for many years and finally went to 'course' that teaches one how to break the habits that cause panic attacks and habits that turn a minor "weird" feeling into a panic attack.[/QUOT
You can have panic attacks gentically. Not everyone that has them are genetic carriers, but many people are. There are no courses to learn to deal with panic attacks, unless they are taught by a quack. There are shrinks that teach patients behavorial techniques, but that is not a course. That is called therapy. Please tell me how you can break the habit when doctors do not even know why a person suddenly gets panic attacks. They do not know what triggers them all of a sudden. If doctors can not answer that question, then neither can you.
