oooooh i dunno. i *definitely* know people who make up illnesses or exaggerate symptoms in order to get opiate pain killers like vicoden and/or anxiolytics like xanax, valium, etc. and/or muscle relaxers like soma, flexoral or just to stay on them longer than an original valid illness/injury required them for. sadly it's people like that who make it difficult for people with real disabilities to get medication that may in fact help them.
