BAD NEWS
The bad news in all this is that a judge who understands nothing about the internet or domain property, today issued a decision to leave Kevin as CEO of Registerfly. What does this mean? Well, means you'd better get out of registerfly and get out fast.
Rumor has it that Kevin Medina does business and accepts credit cards through Humboldt credit card services and has a charge-back rate of over 55% so they are in the process of shutting Kevin's credit card services and we're waiting to hear what the ICANN response will be.
