I used servage for one month and then cancelled my account with them. They were like fine no problem (even offered me 60% off to stay with them) but it was just so shitty I couldn't do it, so they finally said "ok we will cancel your account."

Next month comes around and they bill me again. I complain, get my money back and they apologize, no problem. Next month the exact same thing happens. It happended around 4 or 5 times before I complained to VISA and they took care of it for me.
