In Costa Rica I refused to eat the mystery meat they sell at the side of the road. I had a "Mexico burger" once when I lived in Escazu, I remember I picked out a foot long tendon piece out of the ground "beef" that was in it.

I enjoyed cutting meat, but they don't like to waste stuff, so it all goes in the grinder.
Of course, I used filet mignon for my own hamburger meat.
