I had mine for almost 3 years now and it still has 6 hours of battery life, at least, and works perfectly....I am in the 1% I guess, because all my friends have issues with theirs
I just got a 30gb Zune and I was an ipod fan until this thing....amazing features on this thing that is for sure...I am sold and no longer an ipod fan
