We all know that the more you tell a kid not to do something the faster they are to try it. I think more of the issue is education in what the ramifications are if you do have sex, and give valid reasons why it is good to wait and do these things in a safe environment. Right now they are wanting to beat these kids in the head with NO SEX and when the kids asks why they are told "Cause you will burn in Hell." Kid don't buy that bullshit any more.
