I think the point, is that kids are having sex at younger and younger ages, whether society likes it or not. I also think it's shown that the Bush Administration's policies of abstinence only education are dangerous ones. If kids are going to have sex, whether adults talk to them about it or not, I think it's rational to think that they should be educated about how to conduct themselves in a safe way, don't you?
