My advice for this situation is this:
Don't tell your girlfriend that you think her friend is a cutie too because it will only make your girlfriend not bring her around you. Instead, tell her that she kind of annoys you and you don't really look at her in that way. Then, when your girlfriend brings her over, bring out a bottle of wine and/or Smirnoff Ice, start bullshitting or playing a game and by the night's end, you may just end up with both of them.
