To process for Canadians, you need a "US presence". I am based in Montreal, and used as primary Ibill. i created a Delaware corporation ( about US$ 400.00 ) , got a tax id # , an address for 10 piece of mail a year, etc... Paid the 750.00 fee and have been getting my rebills with Ibill, and my cheques in the mail.
Tough I use them only for rebills ( Glo-bill for main), I intend to put them back as a secondary, because with only one processor, the sales dropped.
Also, i do not wish to be caught " my pants down" if something happens to or with Globill.
