Processors for Canadians

I'm a naughty canadian webmaster running things all proper (even been payin my GST)...

Got hit by the iBill shift, and lost 3 years worth of rebillables (after I paid my $750 to them in hopes that they'd overlook me).

Then I switched to Probilling, and had a large number of rebilling clients switch over, only to be hit with their 99% "anti-fraud" rejection rates declining all my rebills...

So what's a good, polite Canadian to do?

Is CCBill any closer to getting a Canadian merchant solution in place? (they'd be my primary choice)

Are there any processor options with a proven track record available to us igloo dwelling northerners ? I've no problem paying the $750 visa reg if it's to someone that'll be around for a good while...

Does anyone want to play nice and offer me a suggestion, or relay their tales of canadian entreporneurial success?

Anything that'd help me feel a little more holly-jolly this holiday season...
