The BEST shit ive had was grown indoors, with expensive systems that give the plant perfect amounts of water, sunlight, vitamins, etc.
It can be done anywhere in the world (with the right seeds), and it'll be stronger than any plants grown outdoors in any country. Meaning your whole point is irrelivent.
