I was surfing Maxim's website and i found a list of "Manly Meals"
Tomahawk Chop—Lonesome Dove Western Bistro,
$120 (New York, Fort Worth) The Tomahawk Chop is a 32 oz. bone-in rib eye seasoned with salt, pepper and a little serrano-lime butter. But that's not all. It's flanked by a grilled Australian lobster tail, two huge seared day-boat scallops, chipotle mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus for the world's ultimate surf and turf.
The Big Bob's Texas Belt Buster—Bob's BBQ & Grill,
$400 (Pattaya, Thailand) The Belt Buster, weighing in at nearly 80 pounds, is the world's largest cheeseburger. The custom-made bun holds 45 pounds of quality beef, topped with two large heads of lettuce, 15 tomatoes, four large onions, 35 slices of cheese, 1.5 cups of mustard, one cup of ketchup, four whole pickles, and four whole jalapeños. So if you're in Thailand and up to the task, just give Bob 12 hours notice and prepare for the feast of your life. It's probably a good idea to hold the fries.
Big Pig Gig—Daisy May's BBQ USA,
$480 (New York) This dish is tailor made for the primitive-minded. Gather up 11 friends, call the restaurant a couple days in advance, and prepare to gorge yourself with a 30-pound pig, creamy coleslaw, your choice of traditional fixin's, and watermelon. We just hope you don't mind your food staring at you while you eat.
Deep Fried Pizza—The Atlantic ChipShop,
$3 per slice (New York) Just when you thought there was no way to improve pizza (or make it less healthy), the Scots at the Atlantic ChipShop find a way: deep-fry it! While in one bite it's pizza and another bite a mozzarella stick, in every bite this delicious dish is all kinds of awesome.
Ditch Dogs—Ditch Plains,
$15 (New York) Our moms first introduced us to this dynamic duo when they cut up franks for our Kraft Macaroni & Cheese dinners. Ditch Plains takes a more mature approach to the combo: two mac-and-cheese-covered hot dogs served atop a bed of fries. It brings us back to simpler days, and it kinda makes us miss our mothers.
The Big Sandwich
Unfortunately, this sandwich is one-of-a-kind and isn't available for purchase. But all you really need is imagination and an appetite. For example, the creators simply slopped together all of their favorite things—bread, sausage, hamburger, cheese, bacon, deep-fried Lean Pockets, brats, jalapeño poppers, Cruncheros, waffle fries, Doritos, deep-fried pepperoni, and an entire jar of mayonnaise. Who says you can't be a chef?
