I didn't receive any traffic for nearly a month, but I was patient. He finally said he sent approx. 40k hits. I only tracked about 8-9,000, 20-25%. During the tests I did with him, I was tracking 60%.
I use a third party tracking software, and nothing changed about it, whatsoever. His count was off/or he was bluffing numbers.
The hits he sent were suspicious, the test was 1min+ average user duration, and all other sources I buy from stand at about 1min+ as well. These hits were 2-3seconds. I do believe these may have been pops.
My test hits were also pure US. We renogiated a lower rate, since I was buying in bulk this time. The hits he sent went from 90%-100% US, to 30% US. His explanation was "Your paying less you cant expect all US". So I asked if we could switch back to the other rate and get the US again and he says "No, that went back to 'normal price', its more money now". Please note I was never told I would stop getting US hits on the lower negotiated price. I even offered to pay more again, and he said no. This was after I had sent him my money so I figured I'd give it a try, see how the traffic from other countries does.
Anyway, soon after he starts using another source for hits again, which is where the 2-3 seconds suspicious hits come in, they were also mainly international. I asked for a refund on Feb 9th, after barely any traffic was being sent and it was all 2-3sec international traffic, definatley not what I had ordered.
In total, he sent about 40k hits, which amounts to approx 100$ dollars, I told him I understand he paid that to his affiliate and he could just send be back the 2,400$. He told me it would "take a month" to get back money from his affiliate. This sounded like bullshit, as well as he should have money to cover refunds and, when I asked him to at least send back the cut he took in good faith then get the rest back to me later, he said he didnt have it.
It is now March 4th, I still don't have my money. Whenever I call, text, IM (any of his 3 sns, I get no response). I may have to consider legal action. You can talk to people like Ravo, I am a legit buyer, I've never had ANY issues with him. Once my credit card messed up, but I made sure the next day to get the money to him. I really just want my money back, thats all.
And I don't mean to get Ravo involved here but, he can back up my story, as well as verify I am a good person and a legit traffic buyer.
