Ellie was actually just posting the rules from the contest that was held in February - the giveaway is where it says 'Make FEBRUARY even sweeter' - it's March now as I'm sure you've noticed.

So this is a thread for the winners of the February thread, it is not a new thread. Well it is a new thread, but it's a winners thread, not a contest thread. Or to be more accurate, it's a winners of the previous contest thread
