Just wondering if anyone else noticed?

Just tried to do withdraw at atm and got message "Daily limit exceeded". For the past 9 months, I do atm withdrawls every day at 6pm or at least close to 6pm eastern and they always work out.

Anyone else have the same issue? Just wondering what they changed.
