I love Randy Couture and I would never bet against him, but it's hard to envision him beating Tim Sylvia. Sylvia isn't under rated... he's was the best in the UFC... it's the UFC heavyweight division overall that was very weak.
Watch with the pride guys comming in how things are gonna change.
