No problem. You look to be in good enough shape to start out with Vinyasa Yoga, which is a little more strenuous than Hatha Yoga, which is more like a beginners Yoga (slower paced, not as strenuous, etc.) I take a Ashtanga Yoga class, which is the same thing as Power Yoga that you see advertised at a lot of gyms, and there is a 70 year old guy in my class that is in phenomenal shape and looks like he could kick the shit out of me. He said he does nothing but Yoga for a workout, has been doing it since he was in his late 40's, and feels like he's still in his 20's.
