Well you guys are definitely sweet. I'm thinking about getting some pilates videos for home and then spending my 2 gym days doing upper and lower body strength training. I have never done a whole lot of cardio and I wasn't doing any at all when I was in my best shape. Strength training adds muscle to me which increases my already pretty good metabolism. Although last summer I spent a lot of time running after my son on his power wheels "4 wheeler" which required jogging to keep up with and that was a lot less boring than the treadmill. I could get back into that if the weather here stays cooperative. Todays the first gym day!
