It's competing and losing to the girls on the top, it looks like it's been added on, it's not "rolling" the text a line at a time, it's another type style and very different from what is there already. It's a JPG and not a GIF. Nothing wrong with it, just does not fit the site or the job specs.
On the job the other guy did all I need to do is change the font and color to the one in the banners above and I think we are rocking, need to get all the text into the banner rolling right. I might not have the right term with the rolling word but sure people will understand me.
If this guy does not come through maybe you will be a possibility.
