yoga & pilates ... can be done anywhere, anytime using your own body to create/increase resistance. I started purely to balance out the effects of sitting on my ass for 12 hours a day & to help my digestion & stress levels, but its been effective as a toning tool as well ;-)
My only exercise is walking & a yoga workout I created myself for digestive flow, which specifically works on opening the stomach chakra & strengthening the core muscles ... this is at 3 x 30 minute workouts a week ...
