I just joined the gym again last night and just got back from a 45 min cardio workout. I want to just run and get myself moving again before i start the lifting . I have to say that i like Zoe's workout and think I'll do a modified version of it. I have to say that in the past year she has really improved her body.

Sticky .. I think you have had some improvement but in pic 2 you can tell that your sucking in a bit and trying to flex the chest and arms .. yo can see it in your Neck that your flexing.. that makes it hard to tell the true progress because your not flexing in the first pic ..
