aside the fact that you're fucking good looking, here's what i'd suggest:
Minimum of 150 minutes of cardiovascular exercise/week. NO - you don't have to sweat to lose weight, you have to find out what your fatburning pulse frequency is and hit it with about 1hr/day which should lead to about 1k calories burned in addition to what you're already burning. Check google for your burning frequency and compute by height/weight/age.
Work your target zones with light weights and high rep sets. Go jogging to stack up on stamina and endurance. Except the jogging part, you don't really need a gym for anything. A home trainer/bicycle, etc does the trick for basic cardio and minor weights or an elastic band will facilitate the resistance workout. Still, take the 2 days/week in the gym to burn your muscles out with higher weights.
regulate your food intake, eat smaller portion but more often. your metabolism is going to work harder/more through exercise, always give it something to burn (small portions).
I guess that should do as quick tips. and before i get flamed by some jackass here, step on the scales and look in the mirrors, motherfuckers, then come back and talk.
