Here is a suggestion:
If you are OK with taking fat burners, pop 1-2 Lipodrene pills (or similar) first thing in the morning and hit the cardio for 30 min eventually progressing to an hour. Then eat a square breakfast. Do a light lunch and then a healthy afternoon snack such as yogurt or fruit. Eat a decent dinner and have a low carb protien bar or shake if you feel hungry before bed.
