I used to have a more defined waist and at least a "4 pack". I would like to get that back. I have booty for a white girl, but would like it to be a little less jiggly. The thighs could lose a couple of inches for the short skirt wearing coming up this summer and the arms would look better in halter tops with more tone to them. I'm aware I'm lucky to look the way I do considering I haven't done anything about my body in 3 years, have a 5-year-old, eat icecream several times a week and refuse anything except dark beer and full fat salad dressing. But I'm going to a big weekend event in Miami where there will be lots of hotties in bikinis and I want to be in top form.
Now wheres the damn advice??
