GTS asked me to send them a scan/fax long ago, and never once again after that. They take the appropriate measures to ensure the security and safety of their customers and company, and I as a customer appreciate that. Some companies don't take similar approaches to preventing fraud, and I wish that they would restructure their policies and practices more like GTS does. Chargebacks and fraud cases are a bitch to handle. Thumbs up GTS! You guys rock!
