I have a really bad temper , I used to get into trouble a lot , so one friend of mine told me about entering an MMA Gym he used to be, to manage that anger.
My first day was really heavy I trained a lot and I was exhausted , but I realise when I was going home that I was a little bit more aggressive after the Gym than before. I think all kind of physical sports , get more adrenaline and testosterone to your body , so you have to try not to be angry at all cost, I remeber going to clubs with my sis because of this.
Now after 1 year and a few month I become a totally cool guy , not picking up fights for any reason.
