I've got a great idea...put down the remote and get your kids off the computer. I used to work at a camp and I'd say that at least 60% of the kids that I met said that when they go home after school they go straight to the computer and geek out on vids until dinner and then the do the same after dinner. And then they wonder why they can't throw a ball or ride a bike or don't have any friends. I'm not saying that watching tv and playing video games is bad, but it must be in moderation. There is no excuse for a parent to let their kid sit in front of a screen for hours when it is hot and sunny out. Get outside and play and get dirty...be a kid. They have many years ahead of them to sit in front of a computer for 8 or 10 hours a day.
