I live in a third world country and $10p/h is a very good wage over here.

As for quality of work, not too many php programmers would be able to write a remote traffic management service that does not need php or a database to supply the service to its members. Nor would many programmers find xtoolbox.com to be an easy task as it can compete with the best out there for tgp management.

I really don't see the need for some guys feel threatened.
