that seems like it doesnt solve the problem you had before if you have to email a day ahead of time and wait for galleries again. i think you should mabye have a script they can log into and change their galleries if needed, and mabye tell them which spot they are in on the queue. that way if they log in and see they are #1 or 2 they will know that its time to update their galleries to the most current.
