Any country can go to any other country and appeal for a warrant to arrest one of their citizens. The country can deny...
But do you really think your country is going to defend you against a request that the US might make?
In summary - it doesn't matter where you live. If you do business in the US, you can and might be held accountable to US laws. If any of your income is generated from or paid out from the US, you are doing business in the US. Feel free to cover your ears and "La-la-la-la" your way right into federal prison, though.
