I do a minimum of 30 minutes a day on a treadmill, especially in the winter.
I remember when I had first started after 2 years of being parked in front of a computer 12-18 hours a day. I was winded in 5-10 minutes with no incline. Then I would be exhausted for 2 days.
Now I can keep it cooking for the full 30+, 5-7 days a week without having to sleep for half a day. Plus I
do feel better, and can do a lot of things I couldn't before. I am hoping to add in some weight training, and b-ball this summer since I am now in better cardio shape.
It also helped with a lot of that anxiety shit, among other things.
