winter: snowboarding at least once a week for 2+ hours
Jumprope 15-20 minutes 4 days a week + two strenth training workouts.
summer: swimming/wakeboarding at least once a week for 2+ hours
Bike or run for 20-30 minutes 3-4 times a week, + 2-3 strength training sessions.
My strength training workouts are done mostly with dumbells and take 35-50 minutes, depending on upper or lower body.
I quit smoking over a year ago too. I'm also watching what I eat in a pretty hardcore way... at 30, I'm probably in better shape than I've ever been.
