Indeed. I have found that many very poor children appear to be happy. I think it could be because they don't know the alternative.
In this case, the health conditions is what is horrible. Yea, the kids may have a smile, but they will all die an early death I'm sure of some nasty illness due to this dump.
I didn't see anyone here that look older than me (34) and that was kind of scary. They all looked very young, 30 max.
