You can shoot just about any type of gun, throw grenades, shoot RPGs, whatever, it's Cambodia... they don't care, just pay them.
Keep in mind that this is the country that has "rape houses" and sells little children hookers (mostly kidnapped from Vietnam) as young a 5, so they will not blink an eye when someone wants to shoot an animal.
