You don't understand it, because you are not a nudist yourself. The first thing that comes into your mind is voyerism and exhibitionism, because it was a website you visited. But it (nudism) has nothing to do with that.
I think most people, kids and adult, who enjoy nudism, get a more natural view on nudity, and they become less ashame of their own body.
