the reason i bump this thread is that i want to know if they are working 24/7 or not

their office hours should end in 1hour 20 minutes and their estimated waiting line on the phone is 56 minutes... i called them twice already today, and waited 40 and 50 minutes, so i dont really want to call them yet again, if there's a chance they are working 24/7 and may take care of my issue during the night or tommorow
