No names, but so far, every ticket I submit takes approximately 24 hours to get a response back.

I know, I've been through that. The best is companies who's business is to support your business which of course runs 24/7, but they have support hours from 10-6 or something like that. Nice try with that one.

Anyway, if you're talking about hosting, ISprime is amazing... on the spot, immediate ICQ attention 24/7, no ticketing, next best thing to having your own staff.
