They hate it - its a bit like seeing the same old gallery design day after day. Better to build up a bunch of say 30-40 templates templates then rotate them day by day - that way nobody is going to get upset - they've forgotten template 1 by the time you use it again.
Better still make a few changes even if small ones like colour scheme, margin widths, etc etc every time you use the template
