He's worked heavily as producer for Aaliyah, Missy, Ginuwine, Justin Timberlake... but he's also produced hits for a bunch of other artists. "Put You On The Game" by The Game and "Dirt off Your Shoulder" by Jay-Z come to mind
Edit: And yeah, my vote's for Timbaland. The guy's a genius, Scott Storch is just a flavour of the month. As soon as Dr. Dre changes his sound again, he'll be outdated.
