I'm doing more of a drive by to let everyone know that I'm in fact still alive and that I did not overdose or some bullshit that I heard...

I have been through the following though in the last few months, so it has been hard..

1. Lawsuit hell
2. Divorce
3. Ex-Wife is 1 month pregnant with my kid
4. Moved back to california
5. Was rear ended by a drunk driver and sent to the ER. she is being charged with DUII (.20% blood alcohol level) 2 counts of reckless endangerment, and reckless driving.. the DA has asked that I return to Oregon so they can charge her with 2 counts of vehicular assault (5 years prison) and negotiate her court ordered restitution to me.

Lifes been tough.. Those of you who have called me, I appreciate it.
