They're not talking about kiddy porn... read the article.
Example from the article: "We would consider it unfair to threaten a 19-year-old person with prison for taking erotic pictures of his 17-year-old wife for their own use,"
They're not talking about selling or distributing it... just that if the person is the age of consent and act itself is legal, then why should photographing it for personal use be?
Still kind of scary, girls that age aren't very bright and make stupid decisions that could come back to haunt them...
