Because ICQ is always full of spammers when I have it on and more importantly I don't have time to wait for someone to be on. When I checked the site it said that live support was offline. If email doesn't work on a sponsors page I'm likely to look at that as a signal that they are not on the spot with customer service and I'll probably drop them.
