Anyways yes, there is a couple tools I learned when studying scycoligy forever ago and anew one I just learned.
The old one was to simply write down a string of numbers starting with any number.
so first put 4 then say 4 then put 48 and say 408 not forty eight. And keep going some people have done this so much they can do strings of 30 or more. I'm at about 8
and the new one is based on anew new study last year!
They found out that reading our loud stimulates more brain activity then any other form of thinking. It uses almost all the conscious parts!
ANyways I love brain stuff so I can go on, but hopefully this is enough to help. Also keep in mind without bringing in new and differant things to your brain regularly you will be more likely to have dementia and someday alzheimer's!
