Shaving is for pussies (not literally).
Use wax. Check out 'sugaring hair removal' from google. I did that. Hurt like a motherfucker, but I'm clean and smooth..no stubble, and when some come up..just sugar yourself again.
Just follow instructions, and don't burn yourself.
Hot sugar + testicles = bad
